FAQ:

Q: What Cajun parts do you install in the Level II trigger job?

A: We install the Cajun hammer, short reset kit, reduced power trigger return spring, extra power sear spring, and the 15lb hammer spring

Q: Why would I want to select the DPP Optic Cut?

A: We recommend selecting the DPP Optic Cut if you want to install a large duty or competition style optic on your pistol, such as the Vortex XL, ST, or ST-Enclosed. You can also use the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro on this optic cut but be aware that it may be difficult to find iron sights that will co-witness because of the tall deck height of that optic.

Q. Why would I want shorter backup iron sights?

A: Some Holosun K/RMSc footprint optics have extremely low deck heights (the distance from the bottom of the optic to the bottom of the window). The tall factory iron sights may take up a large portion of the optic window on these shorter optics. We recommend the “short BUIS” option for the following red dot sights:

  1. HOLOSUN EPS/EPS CARRY
  2. HOLOSUN 407K/507K
  3. SIG ROMEO X-ENCLOSED
  4. VORTEX DEFENDER CCW-ENCLOSED

Q: Can I dry fire the CZ P09 Nocturne?

A: Yes. All LTT trigger jobs include a higher-quality Cajun Gunworks firing pin and firing pin retaining pin that withstand dry fire better than the factory parts. Using snap caps with the improved Cajun parts will extend the life of the retaining pin even further. Although CZ does not discourage dry fire with factory P09 Nocturne pistols, we have observed that the factory firing pin retaining pin can be damaged with limited dry fire. If you have a factory P09, then we recommend using the included snap caps during dry fire.
