If you are sending in your slide for RDO Cut ONLY, please pay for the RDO CGW and ship your slide to the address on the Custom Gun Work Order Form (here).
If you're sending in your firearm for RDO cut IN ADDITION TO other custom gun work, please pay the Custom Gun Work Deposit (Here), and then fill out the Custom Gun Work Order Form (here).

For RDO work only, please expect a lead time of 4-6 weeks, additional custom work MAY increase this lead time by 2-6 weeks, depending on what custom work is ordered.

If you are not having any other custom gun work performed, please send in ONLY your slide.

If you are having other custom work (trigger job, NP3 upgrade, etc), then you will need to send your entire firearm per the instructions below:

  1. First, pay the Custom Gun Work Deposit (Here) and determine if you would like LTT to provide an inbound shipping label, or prefer to ship yourself - upon checkout you will receive an order confirmation number, keep this handy as you will need it in step 2.

  2. Complete our online Custom Gun Work Order Form & include a copy of your confirmation email with the firearm, as well as a photocopy or photograph of your driver's license.

  3. Package your slide or firearm in a hard-side pistol case - we recommend wrapping the slide or firearm in a single layer of bubble wrap with one or two pieces of tape before boxing it up to avoid damage in shipping.
LTT assumes NO liability and is not responsible for damage to poorly packaged firearms or slides.
Please do not send your magazines, holsters, or other accessories.

If you are ordering the NP3 upgrade for your firearm and want NP3 Magazines, they can be purchased on our site (here).

  4. Ship your slide or firearm to LTT at the address provided on the Custom Gun Work form within 10 business days of paying your deposit - Orders That Are Not Received in this Timeframe will Forfeit The Full Deposit.

If you have any questions, please reach out to customer service at LTT Help Center
