LTT receives and sees the same tracking updates as you, please allow two full calendar weeks prior to contacting us once your order is shipped, as most carriers have longer ship times currently.
If your order has shipped but you have not received a tracking number or your tracking number is not working, please send us a message in our LTT Help Center and Submit a Request.

Please Note:

  • Shipments might be delayed after leaving our facility at multiple points in the shipping process.
  • Cut-off times might be adjusted with or without notice.
  • Drivers might arrive earlier or later than originally projected.
  • Additional sweeps, trucks, or drivers might NOT be possible and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Online tracking info might be delayed – the network is currently loaded with exorbitant info, so there could be tech delays, and some carriers are missing scans throughout the shipping process in the rush to get everything delivered.

We see the same tracking information you do through USPS, FEDEX and/or UPS.
Please understand that tracking numbers are NOT always updated by the USPS, and ALL carriers are extremely overwhelmed at this time.
If you received a tracking number, you may need to wait 48-72 hours to see the tracking info appear, ESPECIALLY if a carrier misses a scan anywhere along the route.
We are not AMAZON PRIME, everything does not ship two-day. Curious to know our lead time on specific products, check out our current lead times here.

We love polite customers. If you have an inquiry, please ask. Treat our customer service team with respect if the USPS has not delivered your package and you are trying to track it down. We will do our best to assist.
